Our Probate Service covers everything involved in winding-up the Estate of a deceased person including the evaluation of assets, finalising papers leading to a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration, settlement of debts, taxation, transfer of assets, winding up the Deceased's affairs generally and preparation of final Accounts.

We make every effort to finalise matters as quickly as possible and in the meantime keep you informed of progress. We will explain any difficulties and advise upon any complications which may arise.

Our charges reflect the amount of work done and the value of the Estate within guidelines laid down by The Law Society. They compare very favourably with the charges of Bank Trust Companies.

Our Trusts Service includes general management and control of trust assets, review of investments and preparation of Accounts on a regular basis.
