We offer advice on drafting Wills and can assist you with Estate and Tax Planning, Trusts and other provisions.

We are conscious of the need to draft Wills speedily and aim to submit a draft for approval within one week of receiving final instructions.

Remember the need for a Will, so that your wishes are legally effective. Do not underestimate the difficulties that may be faced through failure to make a Will.

If you do not make a Will the Intestacy laws will apply and these may have a different effect to what you would expect.

Tax Planning is important. In many cases there are ways of lessening tax burdens which we can discuss with you. We can also help you to make the best use of your assets.

You will need to decide who to appoint as your Executors and we will be pleased to advise you.

A simple and straightforward Will is not expensive and could well prevent later difficulties. We offer reductions for spouses whose Wills are in similar terms.

Any Will can be simply replaced by a new one or a Codicil can be added to amend its existing provisions.

We can visit you at your home or place of business if you are unable to come to our office in Welshpool.

Your completed Will can be kept safely by us in our strongroom without extra charge.
